Pépé Bradock – Burn Deeper (Sweetland Remix)
The origins of this track lay way way back in 1967, when American jazz musician Freddie Hubbard released ‘The Love Connection’ EP. The first B-side track on the record was titled ‘Little Sunflower‘ and its samples found their way to a 1999 remix by French producer Pépé Bradock. Fifteen years later and on the other side of the globe, Melbourne producer Sweetland picked up on Bradock’s little masterpiece. Very patient track.

Jack Ü ft. Kiesza – Take Ü There (LIONSIZE Remix)
A far opposite of the track above. Out this week, ‘Take Ü There’ by the Diplo/Skrillex collaboration Jack Ü. Which has some golden breakdowns, but it’s not a track for everyone. And this new Lionsize remix goes down that same road. The Spaniard (roughly) uses the same sounds but in a way that’s a little more aggressive. And maybe a little more accessible as well.
