Back Of Your Neck
To be honest, wouldn’t have found this track if it weren’t for 22tracks Brussels. Their Pop music curator Manu Lammers posted a link to Howler, and band from Minneapolis. The band makes really nice surfer rock that kicks you in the face. You can get their song ‘Back Of Your Neck’ for free by subscribing to their mailing list.
Macaw
Appreciating Get People more and more lately. The London band is posting some very interresting music, and some of those tracks are floating around the web for free. One of those tracks is titled ‘Macaw’ and you need to hear it. (Re-hosted the track on Soundcloud because Get People’s player wassn’t embeddable. You can download the track at the official upload location though..)
Psynapse Like You
This one is already all over bloggyland like yesterday’s news. White Panda mashed up Adele’s ‘Someone Like You’ acapella with ‘Aural Psynapse’ by Deadmau5. Works brilliantly together, if it weren’t for the synth that kicks in at 1.05. Still, love to have this mashup on replay any time of the day.
