Sometimes you stumble upon something on the interwebs and think: “wow, this could be huge”. The Clock The Storm is one of those things. These guys have some kind of feel about them, like they have played at all the big festivals. The upbeat dancable songs these four guys from England make could get crowds partying anywhere. Think Bloc Party and Snow Patrol mixed, or something like that.
There is one catch to this band and that is what song you hear first. If you start listening to Ropeswings you get the feeling mentioned above.
But if you start listening to one of their remixes(yes, remixes) you get a totally different feel from this band. That’s the wacky thing about TCTS. You don’t expect a band with such quality rock-indie songs to remix other artists in a kind of techno way. They do though, and they do it really well actually.
Sounds really good.

I know this band personally and they’re very lovely, and extremely talented boys.
One of the members, Joe Gilligan, died last year and a trust fund has been set up in his memory with a couple of really great objectives. If you fancy checking that out you can find it here.
Glad to see someone interwebly loud enough enjoys this band as much as I do! :)
