Skrillex, 12th Planet, Oh Land, An-Ten-Nae, Diddy, Switch Fusion, Destorm Power and Zelda.

Today started with some good news in my inbox, Switch Fusion just uploaded a new remix. He does a remix on ‘Coming Home’ by Diddy – Dirty Money and Skylar Grey. I’m not too much of a Diddy fan or anything, but the remix is nice. It’s an impressive Drum’n’Bass take, mostly using the Skylar Grey vocals from the original recording.

So Skrillex.. great music and if you even know half a damn about dubstep you probably know the man. I’m happy to see he’s sharing some free music today together with 12th Planet, Zedd and Flinch. It’s a free EP called ‘Free Treatz: Volume 001’ which is good news because it implies there’s going to be a volume 002 and maybe more.. This video speaks for itself, Oh Land is awesome. I’m not even sure what kinds of hardware they are using right there, but it looks quite innovative. Which is also a word that applies to San Fransisco based dj/producer An-Ten-Nae. (But you’ll have to look up some live videos on youtube to see what I mean, can’t bother to embed all of these videos in here ;) ). Today An-Ten-Nae uploaded his remix of Oh Land’s ‘Rainbow’:

Destorm Power is a Brooklyn born MC who currently resides in L.A., California. He has some pretty good productions up on Soundcloud, it’s worth having a listen to. This one track just really stands out and that’s why I’m posting this. It’s a production that uses the original Zelda game music. Haven’t heard something like that before, but maybe I just missed out.. Just legendary if you ask me.
