Speaking of swimming pools, that’s a new Kendrick Lamar remix by Bird Peterson. Trippy trappy dark stuff. Track comes from Lamar’s recent album ‘Good Kid M.A.A.D. City’, which is up on iTunes.

To some folks this one probably sounds a bit unrefined. Dutch producer Morrisson comes from producing a lot of Moombahton, been tracking his work for a while now. Today he comes up with this thing, ‘Mind At War’. It’s hyperactive. Like Moombahton, but on speed. Actually love it.

Been posting quite a few versions of Youngblood Hawke’s ‘We Come Running’, which was up for a remix competition on Indaba Music. Another one today, from Remix Artist Collective. The music production is a bit more shy than the original vocals, but it works well. Again remix by André Allen Anjos. The track is up for download on Rolling Stone.

Honorable mentions of Delta X and their rework on a Freemasons/Amanda Wilson track which they titled ‘Stay‘. Lucas Türschmann drops a really credible edit on Stimming’s ‘Melodica’. An old Makato track pops up titled ‘Spinning‘. And Alison Valentine receives another nice remix on ‘Peanut Butter’, this time by Married To The Mob, it’s basically a mashup with Warren G and Nate Dogg.
