Still really digging Zoo Legacy, an indie hip hop rock formation from Ottowa, Canada. Their music has this Cudi-ish feel, but still their sound is original. First posted about these guys in January of this year and I’ve been following them on Soundcloud. Today I noticed they have some recordings up on Facebook that they haven’t uploaded to Soundcloud yet. This is one: ‘Shockwave’.

Really enjoyed this dubstep remix of WRM on the Boards Of Canada’s ‘Olson’. WRM is a dubstep/dnb/garage producer from Czech Republic. You’ll find the original BoC piece to be a mellow and atmospheric beatless work. (As you’d expect from them.) WRM stretched the production out a little bit and added a rhythm section and bassline.

So you like this artist, then he ends up producing stuff for other artists you aren’t too keen on. I guess these co-operations happen to make an artist with lesser credibility gain some traction with bigger audiences. At least that’s what I thought when I heard Diplo produced a track for Chris Brown. And it’s also what Bulgarian producer SAVA thought. So here’s his answer to it, a nice Diplo vs. Diplo (sort of..) mashup.
